Co-founded by Amir Bozorgzadeh and Hossein Jalali in 2018, Virtuleap is a Lisbon-based HealthTech startup that combines neuroscience with emerging technologies such as Virtual Reality (VR) and Artificial Intelligence (AI), with the mission of helping the cognitive assessment of patients and the training and coaching industry.
This Portuguese start-up, winner of several international awards, has developed an extensive library of cognitive training exercises, based on gamification and validated neuropsychological tools. These exercises are divided into seven cognitive categories: memory, attention, information processing, spatial orientation, cognitive flexibility and problem solving, motor control and spatial orientation.
Virtuleap's VR brain training app offers a daily cognitive workout of short, intense and fun games that allows caregivers, educators and organizations to monitor and manage their users' cognitive performance.
