Founded by José Paulo Carvalho, Hope Care is a SaaS start-up, with EU MDR Class IIb certification, which has developed a proprietary (cloud-based) health and well-being monitoring solution, with a remote patient monitoring triage system, which in turn is connected to a clinical platform, with the aim of being used by healthcare organizations and their patients. With a combination of remote monitoring, telemedicine and social support, Hope Care's solution allows patients to receive essential care at home, avoiding unnecessary trips to hospital.
