Welcome Hope Care

Founded by José Paulo Carvalho, Hope Care is a SaaS start-up, with EU MDR Class IIb certification, which has developed a proprietary (cloud-based) health and well-being monitoring solution, with a remote patient monitoring triage system, which in turn is connected to a clinical platform, to be used by healthcare organizations and their patients. With a combination of remote monitoring, telemedicine and social support, Hope Care’s solution allows patients to receive essential care at home, avoiding unnecessary trips to hospital.

GED Ventures, through the GED TEch Seed Fund, has invested in one of the most promising start-ups in the Portuguese health ecosystem.
