Portfolio Company of Conexo Ventures Fund with a valuation of $600M

Kushki, a Latin American fintech in GED Capital's Conexo Ventures fund portfolio, closed a $86 million Series B investment round, giving it a valuation of about $600 million, the largest in Latin American history. This important milestone confirms the investment thesis of the Conexo Ventures fund, focused on investing in Serie A and in teams of entrepreneurs of excellence, able to become leaders of their sectors.

Kushki was the first investment made by this GED fund dedicated to Venture Capital. In the last 18 months, the Fund has closed 6 investment deals with a total of 6.19M€ and built a robust deal flow in terms of potential investment opportunities, representing more than 6,000 selected businesses, mainly from Spain and Portugal, presenting a Fair Market Value of 3x.

GED has an active presence in Boston and Silicon Valley, assigning that its subsidiaries have legal, human, and sales support, promoting and enhancing its international expansion. In addition, these companies have the management team's support for the future rounds of financing with U.S. private equity funds.
